OK i made everything like it stand in the tutorial
    but year...
    see what happend ^^

im a freaking nightelf ud mix

    ok, thats what i did
i open the NighElf Folder, copy to desktop
    delet Male subfolder
than rename all files to ScourceFemale
than i made the following folder tree

    CHARACTER-SCOURGE-Female-(Renamed Nightelf files in her)
CHARACTER-SCOURGE-(All files from the Nightelf Folder, not the male folder ^^)

than i made a mpq file named "patch-6" and try to load

the result is that shit ^^

    so what now T_T

Doesn't work as of now, I did everything exactly, to the letter, a few times even, nothing. I used both 3.03 ME and WotLK ME to test.

    This DOES work!

But! With a little bit of thinking of your own ;-)
WoW gives an error if you wanne use a diffrent model wich isn't in the MPQ file you created.

So what i've done to get the model changes to work is this :

    I took BeM>DrF

First do as this guide says in this topic.

    Then do the follow :

    Open common-2.mpg
    then go to Character>Draenei
    Extract this to your desktop.
    Open Batch Renamer
    Open the folcer Character\Draenei\Female
    Rename DraeneiFemale to BloodelfMale
    Click ok.
Then your files should be called "BloodelfMale00.skin"

    Open MywarcraftStudio
    Click Pack
Type patch-4.MPQ (i named my first MPQ file patch-3.MPQ) Click Save.
Left side on the white. Right click and select Add folder.
Add the Character folder. (for some reason this didn't work for me so what i did is copied a file into the character folder and selected it with adding Folder)
    Exit MywarcraftStudio and enjoy :-)

Sorry for my poor guide on how to do this but it's early and i'm very tired!

Sorry but that made absolutely no sense, I'm not surprised as over 90% of the people on here are illiterate and cannot type to save their life.

The same exact thing happened to me. Only the hair changed. Then I tried changing a Night Elf male to Human male and it worked. My only guess is that it doesn't work with Draenei.

This is actually the exact way to get the models working, just using Mudkips guide will only get you the .blp's. Props to both of you.
