Looking for Arctium 7.3.5 client launcher

I've started playing on a Legion server and would really like to replace some night elf textures with some BFA era new skins, but I can't seem to find this version of Arctium. It seems to have been removed from their website even though BFA files are still available. It would really appreciate it if someone could provide the files.

I can't seem to find any instructions on how to do this. Just lots of dead links, deleted youtube videos, etc. I would really appreciate some pointers.
