    alright ill help ya
first extract the M2 from MWCS for example ill use CREATURE\BASILISK\Basilisk.m2
open the mountpoint program in his MES and hit "open" now find where you extracted the model to then open it now the rows below ashould say "??"
those are your X, Y, Z cords the cords where you sit on that creature (theres a sticky guide on the emu section that tells what each letter douse) so edit those to fit your likeing (if your not editing one set it to 0 instead of ??) hit save and then put the edited M2 in a custom mpq and test it in Wowmodel viewer and if its not on the correct spot (wich it mostly wont be on the first time) go back and edit it again

    hope this helps

hehe you dont open a mpq in the MES you just open the M2 (model) of the murloc then swap with that model but if you get numbers instead of ?? just edit the numbers it shouldent make any difrence =)
and you open a mpq in model viewer by going to "options" then "settings" a window will popup click "Add" then find the mpq you want to import and click open once you get to it then close wow model viewer and reopen it
