Downported Malestrom Map from WoW 6.x to 3.3.5a Help

I don't know if this is the place to ask so feel free to move/delete if needed.
I have recently downported the maelstrom map from 6.x to 3.3.5a and it currently loads and is playable in the client but looks different in Noggit.

I was wondering if someone knew how to fix this so it looks the same in WoW as it does in Noggit?
Any help would be much appreciated.

P.S Here is my patch if anyone wants to look at it and try to help me: Filebin :: bin w92mubd960wcwzjb
