[2.4.3] Tree of life to caster form model edit, can it be done?

Greetings fellow ownedcore people,

I would post this as a request in the sticky post here, but I've been searching the web for the past 6 hours trying to find a way to do this.
Is it possible to change the model of the tree of life form from druids to a tauren male wearing T3 armor?

There is an npc in-game which is called Rescued Cenarion Expedition Druid, which is a tauren male, and is wearing the T3 set.
So I think it should be possible to swap that model for the tree of life form, but that's where I get stuck because the Expedition Druid isn't a creature, it's a texture for the tauren male I think.

Is anybody willing to help me, walk me through it or do it themselves?

I'm really at a loss here and any response or nudge in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.
