[Request] Mount Change?

Done a bit of model changing in the past, only simple stuff. Was wondering if anyone could help me out.

Was looking for a mount model change guide but couldn't find any so, is anyone able to make the AV Wolf Mount / Purple Skeletal Warhorse into a Spectral tiger / ZG Tiger / NE Mount?

Would appreciate any links on guides ect.
