Can anyone tell me, how i can fix the problem

yeah,
u have to find a blp editor, which turns the blp to jpges or pngs.
now look for the
ScalpLowerHairXX_XX.blp
FacialLowerHairXX_XX.blp
(same for upperhair)
open the files in a grafic programm ( i used ps cs) and delete the "beard".
don't do anything else! just delete the pixels.
save and turn the files back into the blps.

hehe, and yes, you have to do this for ~ 70 files
(tipp: copy 1 file and rename it. and rename it. and rename it.
done this for ne / scourge before. it was hell .D)
