[Question] Help with a race swap

Hey I got kinda tired of asking people to do edits for me so I decided to learn it on my own. And I managed to do the actual race swapping from a male orc to a male goblin but a few problem arises that I can't seem to fix. First off the faces on the male orc npcs are really hideous and my guess is because the texture for the head doesn't match the goblin model so is there a way to fix this? I guess what I'm asking is where the orcs textures are located. I know there's a lot but I just want a general location. And secondly the hair doesn't seem to work. Only two of the hairstyles work one doesn't have a skin and the other one is the bald one. Otherwise the models would just not have a top for their head. Any ideas on how I can get the skin for the one that works and fix the ones that aren't there? Much thanks.
