Tauren female to Cataclysm Naga female for 3.3.5

Good evening. I have trying for nearly a year now to find some way to change basically any race (pref horde) into a naga female with the cataclysm reskin/remodel. Needless to say I am just absolutely terrible at model or texture editing and even worse at race swapping and figuring all of this stuff out. Having said that if someone could figure out how to model edit the tauren female (or whatever I can get) to be the naga female model from cataclysm I would be much obliged. I have found one patch for tauren males but sadly only two of the naga skin colours work/match and of course nearly everything else is glitchy or mis-textured (as I am sure is to be expected in the best case anyways).

Frankly, I know that this takes people time so of course there would be +rep and I would be more than willing to toss some dollars or core coins someones way if they can help. Thank you for your time.
