    Bc Alpha Models

I finally got my client working after i did some digging, and used some alcohol (if you know what I mean)... but wait, no tier 4? Not a whole bunch of new creatures? It seems to be missing half of the files I wanted.. does anyone have a way to get me a working alpha client, maybe early beta, which ever can still be used for model changing with the current world of warcraft? I really need some help >.<

*sigh* How many times do I have to say it? At least it's a new thread.
Tier 4 along with a great many models were added in the beta client. Nothing, nothing at all from the beta client will ever work in live wow. Only stuff in the Alpha. That means that if you can get your hands on tier 4, it won't load.

    thanks

So now I have another problem, most things are just texturing green... I can get some items to work, others not to? Any specific reason for this?

Do the alpha models map differently than the current date wow textures? I've tried using my own, as well as current wow textures but im getting the same green sword =/

for the alpha client, try torrentspy and searching for "Burning Crusade"
they have a torrent up for the enUS alpha client.

Dela: The thing with green models isn't a texture problem. It's a model issue. I don't really know how it happens, but I'm 100% certain from personal testing that it only happens when you create new data. This means test server data or beta data will sometimes not work, and sometimes will. I don't know how to fix it, sorry.
