Is it possible to change mount into Druid form?

Im wondering if somone can change a Swift White Mechanostrider into a bear / panther like the druid forms.

here you go, I chose the night elf Cat form as the mount, as the bear form wouldn't work so well.

I'm almost positive I got the treepath right, but if It didn't work just post here and I'll fix it.
