[Question] How to make the solo files for model change?

hey everyone i have been a "leech" on these fourms for a long time and i have alot of time to kill atm since i dont go back to school for 4months
so anyway to my questions

when i have model editted my stuff i have always gone into the "itemchause" something like that file and just directly changed it so its active all the time now recently i seen that you guys use model edit fix with a seprate file for each "edit" and i have been useing that and its amazing and i would just like to know how you well put it into its own file.

once i know how to do this i can start to help you guys out with the "requests" i have tryed useing the search and it keeps saying no posts found
so it anyone could like me to a post or explain to me how you do it i would be very much appreciated

I don't really understand what you want? Do you want to know how to help create the MEfix.exe? Or create your own seprete Model Edits? Please be clearer and I can try to help.
