[Question] Reverting model edits back to normal?

I maaay have been unpleased with my model edit (maybe its because i did it myself?) and im wondering if its possible to revert everything back to normal, because as it is now i maaay have removed the files needed to model change in the first place (such as the standalone character and texture folder) and i maaay have removed the patch-2 in the WoW/data folder :P
Is it game over or can i repair it in a mildly manner without having to re-install whole WoW?
Ugh i don't like the thought of that...thats 10hours wasted on just that!

just remove the mpq that has the edits. Simple as that. If not, run repair.exe
