[Question] Use of the Nagrand Cloud Layer in Azeroth Skies

Just wondering, is it possible to make the sky of a zone in Azeroth use Nargrand's clouds? I've found the model and textures for the nagrand clouds, I just need to know if it's possible.

If it is possible, would one just edit the Light.DBC file to put them in or is something more complex required?

It is possible. And you'd need to edit light.dbc.
