LF Lich King's alpha model for 5.4.8?

I've asked in several places, but haven't found any answers. Would it be possible to add the original alpha Lich King model to 5.4.8? I'd like to use it for a private server I play on, and any help would be appreciated. If you could create something for me, that'd be even better.

Here's an image of what it looks like.

It shares the same skeleton as the human male, while the current model has its own skeleton and animations.
