Help with reskining of an item

Hello,

Im a bit of a novice at model editing and i thought id try some item reskining with a skin i made i had a go and What happened was the Helm and shoulders worked fine but the rest did not and just came out in a blur.

Ive uploaded a file that has:-

The path's i used to change the skins
The TGA's and Blp's of the skin files
A SS of what they look like in game
The Patch with the files in (changed the look of the hunter T2 set btw)
My wow ITEM folder
Here is the file DL and the SS of what it looks like:-
