weird model edits not working :S

all of my model edits arnt working ATM even the ones i DL from this site. . . i have been successful so far but when i logged on today none of the edits i made worked. . .. any ideas what may have happened :S

You may have on accident ran the wow repair program. Normally this will delete or move any unknown files that are in the wow\data client. Make sure you have the correct names to, then go from there

Yeah you may have corrupted your original files or something.
