    Alpha texture problem need help..

    so...i edited this robe model...and i cutted out some parts from the botom...and i made the file .png .. and i tryd as .blp with alpha channel.. none of them are working ingame X_X all i get is this http://gyazo.com/a2756d51cead3f3a70c82a31a6bae7b0 the cutted out parts are replaced with skin texture..anyone knows why..and how to fix it?...pls need help.
