[Question]Is weapon model edit still available on live server 5.2 ?

Hello guys, first sorry for my english it's not my native langage and school are crappy in my country.

So in Wotlk I was using a lot of model edits like mounts and gear. I just back on Wow and I see we cant transmogrifate an offhand dagger on a "one handed' dagger. So my question is pretty simple, is weapon model edit still possible ? Can someone link me some tutorial for that if it's still possible ?

Edit : Im not looking for a programm who can do all the job alone, if someone can just said me which files i have to work with, I can manage it. Thank you in advance.
