Troll Male -> Female Dreanei - Race Conversion Request

Sorry for this shameless request, but I haven't been able to suceed yet in model editing anything but armor and weapon edit. I downloaded a a troll -> orc conversion, but the face was all messed up, so now I hope to get some help from here.

To clarify what I need:
A race conversion making Male Troll into Female Dreanei.

Hope this is not to shameful.
