How to join an Instance (With mobs) without using the portal to get inside?

Sup guys,
since Im quiet bored I started wondering about one question:

How do I get inside of an instance without using the portal?

Im currently playing on a 3.3.5 PvP Server on which instances are disabled. That means, if you go through a portal of an instance, nothing is gonna happen. You will face the invisable wall behind it. Now Im wondering if there is a way to join the instance WITH mobs / bosses.

For example, if you climb the rockets next to Zul Farak with levitate, you will be able to join the Area of the instance but it doesnt have mobs or something. Just the empty area.
What this actually means is, that all instances have to be located somewhere else. The portal actually teleports you to a secret place along Azeroth where the instance is placed to?

I dont know if Im right at this point, but if so - How do I join a real instance with mobs / bosses without using the portal at the entrance?

If the portals are disabled the instances are probably empty, if there are portals in the server you can edit the instance trigers and make it port you to the instance you want but Im not sure how's that done

The portals exist, you just dont get any teleport

I really suggest you find another realm I'm sure you'll find a good realm with both pvp and PvE

well, there are Vendors located at Scarlet-Monastry-Graveyard

You can get Full Wrathful there + All mounts..
You have to pay for it actually. Ive already got all items through doing Arenas and stuff. I now would like to go there just because Im curious if its possible :P Of course its nothing bad if there is no way to do it. Im just wondering and wanted to know if someone knows a way
