hi there, im completly new to the site and wow custom model editing so be easy.

so lets start with what i have-->3ds studio, wow 3.3.5a, my own 3.3.5a server
what im trying to do is add completley new models to the game i.e guns, anime swords.ect but after searching for days on end for a guide that worked i've failed i downloaded a gun model from turbosquid tht came with a texture but im at a lose from there. quite frankley i think im using the wrong 3dstom2 and have no idea how to correctly make a wow model. all my attempts thus far have resulted in crashes"cud not be read" or invisable models. any help/ links would be apreciated id like to be able to share my creations in the future to prevent myself from being a leech :]
