[Request] Dbc File Startup String.dbc

I recently am getting an error on wow saying it can't read my Startup_String.dbc file and since I ain't one to love reinstalling Wow, I'll gladly rep any who provide me this file. Keep in mind 3.3.5a version. Can't be from 4.0.3 or 4.0.6
