[Tools] Model editing tools stopped working

Hey there fellow model editing community

I have just upgraded to Windows 7 64bit, and now some of the tools I kept with me from Windows Vista 32bit isnt working properly anymore. Taliis is having some troubles with saving correctly, as my ADT's turns into totally fcked up ADT's. And CryectsTools' OffsetFix.exe isnt working either. For some reason, even though it tells me it moved it no coords (means it was where its supposed to be) my ADT still wont show up in Noggit.

Here's what Ive tried:
Running them all in Vista Servicepack 2 Compatible mode
Running them all as Administrator
Running OffsetFix.exe through CMD

So... Any of you model editing experts out there that could come up with an explanation, and possibly a fix, for it?

@Edit: It has come to my attention no one has a real fix, but does anyone atleast have possible ways to fix it? Different troubleshoot tips I could try? :P
