green skin error in-game, not modelviewer menu

    green skin error in-game, not modelviewer

    Hello folks, I have an issue with re skinning when it comes to armor

    Pauldrons and helmet works fine but every thing else becomes completely error green.
    every BLP comes with an alpha channel, if I save the BLP from MWCS to TGA the
    alpha channel becomes white and if I extract it from MWCS as an BLP and then convert it to TGA it will become solid black. what I've tried is making a custom alpha channel aswell which works great in modelviewer but not ingame.

    what have I done wrong ?

    I'm currently working on shaman tier 10 sanctified.

    Tried saving it as indexed colors? Well, there could be troubles with the alpha layers with the way you set it, don't know exactly what though.

    I've tried indexed colored tga which did not work with my tga to blp converter. then i looked up on google and found png to blp, i now then took the original BLP made some changes, made it png and indexed colours. now it got placed in the mwcs atleast but lost all it's stabillity and became black purple and white and very pixelated. could be interesting and see if the same thing happens to you ? who ever is willing to help me.
