Request/ Need help with Mount to Mount Swap

Hey, I was wondering if someone could tell me how to change the model of your mount, like i've seen in some threads where people give links but i'm not really sure what to do with them/where to download the links people have in their mount swaps thread, such as like patch-C swiftwhitesteed to swiftspectraltiger.mpq changing the Swift White Steed into a Swift Spectral Tiger, save it into WoWs Data folder? IDK, looking for some help. Also on a sidenote, I was wondering if someone could give me a link for a Black War Ellekk into a Amani War Bear, thanks for taking the time to read this, any help would be most appreciated.

In order to make every swap work... You need to rename the file example.MPQ to patch-X.mpq
where the X is either a number between 4-9 or a letter between A-Z.

And just drag and drop it in your Program\World of Warcraft\Data folder.
