Changing wrath bearform to the vanilla.

I've read several of the guides and have successfully reskined nearly all of the druid forms, but now I would like to expand my knowledge by changing the bear form model to the old bear model (the one without feathers and that retarded acorn thing on it's neck.)

When I try to switch the file path it comes up with a wire frame and no textures in game. Is there any other way to do this?
