How To Find Item ID's?

Im looking for the new BT patch Item ID's (Illidans real Warglaives of Azzinoth mainly) but I cant find out the full item id, eg. 18583,30934,2,7,13,32,6,Warglaive of Azzinoth (Right) for the fake warglaive
and they are not in the latest mywarcraftstudio or WoWmodelviewer files,
so i was wondering if anyone could get me the full Item ID's for the left and right hand Warglaives and/or tell me how to find out full item id's for myself

Mainly after the second numbers (30934 in the example)

edit: cant even find Warglaives of Azzinoth in hex editing now plah
