How can I make 24/7 night sky in an Area?

Hey guys.
I have this nice area which I edited and my question is what do I have to do that its always night in this area because in my opinion it looks way better

Some information can be found @ Dnc.db. I can't guarantee any accuracy as I have never looked into this.

I know a much easier method (that I used) was through Malu05's machinima tool, which allowed you to change the time of day to whatever you want. I do not know, though, if he still updates it.
