need a CSV to DBC changer that actually works

hey, i just need a program that changes CSV files to DBC files and back, and that actually works. DBCUtil never worked for me, it would come up in a CMD box then it would close after less than a second. if someone could tell me how to get it to work or maybe link me a program with the same kind of function, that would really help me.

EDIT: or maybe just link me a model change for night elves to goblins

you need to run dbcutil with commands through dos, not saying anymore!

god, i havnt used dos for awhile, so i dont know much about it anymore. but my point is DBCUtil opens in dos but it doesnt say anything. and after about a quarter of a second it closes, so im really confused about why it doesnt work.

BTW, matt i really like the new skin.

It is working. That is the conversion process. It drops it into the same folder with essentially the same name. I use a much easier program however that i cannot release. ( Could get banned from a few sites) that so I dont have too much experience with the conversion programs.
