[Question] Modeling new characters and adding new stuff.

Ok so i am going to start making a mod called world of runecraft (cause that would be funny runescape characters in WoW :P) and to make a new login screen and intro... would that be possible?

Don't you dare sully WoW with Runescape models.

But yes it's eminently possible if you have some skill with 3D modelling.
    I don't do tutorials.
