Edit stormwind?

hi, i was wondering if it was possible to edit stormwind with noggit? like add more buildings?

Its a WMO. No, you can't edit Stormwind itself.

...ofc you can edit SW(just not with noggit ), tho its hard. but sure is possible; tons of other ways to modify it tho, like removeing the "unusedinstance" portal and gate and adding new stuff to SW(would be easiest to add stuff as M2(costum), but wmos can be done.) Of course you can edit it. There are just no tools for doing it and therefore someone knowing completely nothing about it may not get results easily.
