    [Help] scan.dll and windows 7

    Hi, MMOwned.

I have just got Windows 7, and I really enjoy that.

The problem is, that when I am going to prevent scan.dll files to edit, but to only read (Pressing this read-only button) There is no such button in Windows 7! So when I run wow, the scan.dll file is full of shit again, and wow crashes at loading screen.

Anyone knows how to deal with this in Windows 7? I will give cookies x2!

Screenies would be appreciated if necessary as well.

    Thanks!

Why would you even want to remove it? I never had ANY reason to do it.

Because you ****ed something up - most likely. Deleting scan.dll would change nothing. How could it, if its only a little malware scanner..

reinstall wow and chose the treepath for yourself should work without any prob.
if windows 7 chooses the path for hisself it will sometimes not work.
(on my pc it's not workin all the time dont know why x.X)
