please help me on how to remove beard

i have followed some guides on how to remove the beard, u get a blp coverter and then u make it png and edit it i can do that, but i cant get it back into a blp. i really havent found a working blp coverter. if anyone could do humanmale-->humanfemale without the beard or tell me how covert back in a blp +++rep.

edit: i just figure it out i have the file now ill post it in other formus if your interested in it.
