    [Question] Why does my mount look like this after doing a convert properly?

    I just converted my Black War Kodo to an Ivory Raptor and this is how it turns out:

    As you can see theres an ivory raptor inside all of that, is there any reasons why on earth this is happening?

    Could I doing anything incorrect when it comes down to using MWCS to make this MPQ? Please help

    Well, its simple: You did not convert it properly.

    Please swap .skin and .anim files too.
