How to add Images?

How do u add your own images into Wow? For Example, so i can change a wall to say something i made in another program, or to add a picture of myself? I know this can be done, so how?

take the .jpg picture file you have and convert to .blp. change it as you would any texture. program to convert jpg-blp

Mk didnt think of that. Then id just rename it the file i want then send it to WoW folder in the right one?
