Question about model change

Whenever i try to download somthing and add it to data when i try to download it i use winrar to open and it always sais file is unknown or damaged. Can anyone help me?

Download new version of WinRAR.

Error:c:/documents and settings/eviljoker/local settings/temp/patch-7.mpq
The Archive is either unknown format or damaged. I am using the newest winrar

you're not supposed to open the .mpq dude, just place it inside your Data directory.
