Mywarcraftstudio-how i get the gear i want

hello there i know how to use Mywarcraftstudio for model editing but how do i know what item is what in it. for example lets say i want to customise Herod's Shoulders how do i know where to find it in Mywarcraft studio??? thx for the help.

If it's shoulders, a helm, or anything held in your hands, you can look up what model it has by loading it onto a character in WoW Model Viewer and then going to View -> model control. For anything other than that, the only way I know of is trial and error. Alternatively you can just use Glitchy's WDB item swapper.
