[Question] What am i doing wrong?

Well. Ok ive looked at alot of guides and stuff and i cant figure out what im doing wrong. i used mywarcraftstudio to extract the blp and copy the tree path. then i used paint.net just to change the hue and little things like that cuz im new to all this and wanted to start out easy. then i re converted it into a blp. packed it into a patch (named it patch-B.MPQ) and now im not exactly sure what to do. i tried putting it in my data folder like other patches. but none of it works. can someone help me out here?
