Need Help With using Wowme.exe-WTT +Rep for Help

I've spent 4 or so hours researching various methods of Wow model editing and I'm stuck. (I'm trying to make a Male Blood Elf into a Male Night Elf). I used Glitchys guide along with model editing suite to make my own MPQ and named the file Patch-4.MPQ, then placed it in my data folder which to my knowledge is correct. The part I'm stumped on is using the Wowme.exe. I've downloaded it multiple times and saved it into the data folder in Wow as well.(Was an unzipped file I got from http://beam.filebeam.com/download2.p...526b64ead7f62& which was used in a previous thread for 3.1) When I attempt to open the WoWME it has a lot of encrypted lettering but it does not have a config option, and when I select to open it with World of Warcraft, regular wow opens up and I hit f8 once before I enter my account info and then I spam f8 while my info is being verified. The entire time nothing is activated. Can anyone shed some insight on my issue?


This is my 1st time experimenting with something such as this (Although I've installed a nude patch quite sometime ago and didnt have to go through all of this) so please explain in great detail on what I must do.

Second of all WOWME doesnt go into the data folder, it goes in the wow folder amongst all the other files, just use it to open your game, there is nothing to config, it is basically a wow.exe. launch it and hit f8 before logging in.

Once it works, create a shortcut for wowme.exe to the desktop so its faster for you to get into WoW in the future.
