Help me plz

Hello guys , I'm french and I want my NightelfeMale look like a ScourgeMale
but there is no tutorial in french for model editing so i have to read english tuto and it's very dificult...
I have found an easy guide on internet :

Step 1: The model files (.M2)
- Open MyWarCraftStudio
- File -> Open MPQ archive and browse to your WoW/Data directory, select Common.MPQ. It may take a while to load since Common.mpq is 3,7GB
- go to the CHARACTER folder (note the caps) and browse to the directory of the class you would like to change in, keep browsing till you encounter a file called race/sex.M2 (ScourgeMale.M2 for example)
- Rightclick on the .m2 file and click on "Extract File to..." save it on your desktop.

Step 2: The texture files (.blp)
- Open MyWarCraftStudio
- File -> Open MPQ archive and browse to your WoW/Data directory, select Common.MPQ.
- go to the character folder (note no caps) and browse to the directory of the race you would like to change in.
- Rightclick on the folder and click on "Extract Folder" save this folder to your desktop.

Step 3: Renaming the files
This is the part where it gets tricky, use the renaming tool from the previous stickies to rename.
- Rename the class-sex.m2 to the corresponding race-sex.m2 (example: HumanMale.m2 to ScourgeMale.m2)
- Use the program to replace all orignal names to your corresponding class

here is a graphical layout of your desktop after and before the change.
Graphical: Previous
- ScourgeMale.m2
- Folder: SCOURGE
--- FacialLowerHair... (these files don't have to be renamed)
--- Female (delete this folder)
--- Male
------ ScourgeMaleFace... (these files have to be renamed)

Graphical: After
- HumanMale.m2
- Folder: Human
--- FacialLowerHair...
--- Male
------ HumanMaleFace...

NOTE: with the new patch everything is CASE SENSITIVE, if you find a folder named SCOURGE it won't work if you save it to Scourge. You need to match the Common.mpq structure perfectly!

Now we will make an exact copy of the Common.mpq but with the renamed files:

1. Create 2 new Folders on your desktop: Root1 and Root2 (we need to do this because windows' folders aren't case sensitive - later more)
2. In Root1 you make a folder named CHARACTER, in this one you make a new folder with the name of YOUR race. You place the renamed .M2 in here.
3. In Root2 you make a folder named Character, in this one you make a new folder with the name of YOUR race. You place the entire folder with texture files in here.

Step 4: Putting the files back in WoW
- Open MWS
- Pack -> Create MPQ Archive and name it patch-4.mpq
- Stand with your cursor in the white area and rightclick -> import folder
- Go to your Root1 folder and select the CHARACTER folder.
- Close MWS

- Open MWS
- Pack -> Create MPQ Archive and name it patch-5.mpq
- Stand with your cursor in the white area and rightclick -> import folder
- Go to your Root2 folder and select the Character folder.
- Close MWS


Can you told me if this explication are valide yet because i have try and my character look like shit ^^
