How to enable the blue Moon of Azeroth? (Known as the "Blue Child")

Hello everybody,

The smaller cool, blue-green moon is known as the Blue Child. The "Blue Child" is currently not visible in WoW, though it once was. It was removed from the game at the release of The Burning Crusade, possibly due to a graphical error.

And now i want to know, how to re-enable this moon. The textures of the moon are in the common.MPQ, that means, that anywhere in the DBC-Files must be a parameter, that needs to be changed.

If the moon is shown again in WoW, then please tell me, when it raises, cause i like this moon.

And sorry for my bad english, but i`m german (I think, speaking english is a lot easier than writing it^^)
