(Request) Guide:manual Spell swap 3.1.1

I'd like a guide for swapping spells through editing the DBC's or if there is different effective way that still works in 3.1.1 but I want to do it manualy not through glitchy's MES I have a dbcutil and CSVed if this helps. Also I'm not sure how to swap mounts either.

download glitchys model editing suite, it has a spell swapper, and all you need are the spell id numbers
