    [ Solved ] Make minimap raw new zone

    Hello,

    I have just created a new zone of 3x3 files .adt with the Noggit software. I would like to find a method which enables me to create the minimap… I used CTRL + SHIFT + P of Noggit, but there is an error in progress…

    Would you have a solution?

    Je viens de créer une nouvelle zone de 3x3 fichiers .adt avec le logiciel Noggit. J'aimerais trouver une méthode qui me permet de créer les minimap pour le jeu... J'ai utilisé le CTRL + SHIFT + P de Noggit, mais il y a une erreur en cours...

    Auriez-vous une solution?

    Noggit can't really make a minimap.

    Use screenshots and build your own.

    There is no tool for such a thing.

    Well I made screenshots, I found where to place the file .blp of the minimap in MPQ… But I do not find where I must add the values so that screen posts in the minimap… in a DBC? Would you have an idea?

    Arrfff still me.

    I have the file .trs, I have published, I have added the zone and the name.blp with a file name with 32 characters ranging between 0-9 and a-f (hex). I have placed in the file patch-x.MPQ (textures\Minimap) these two files and anything post… I however have the .adt, .wdt which is placed in the patch also with the end place. It can not function because I did not change the file .wdl?

    Nope, the only file to be changed is the .trs one.

    Good, there is something which I do is necessary…

    - In the Expansion01.wdt file, I have added the box 57_3.
    - I have created Expansion01_57_3.adt and in noggit (and in the game) I see the ground.
    - I have added in the file md5translate.trs under dir: Expansion01 this: Expansion01\map57_3.blp 000000000000000000000000000e5703.blp
    - My file of chart BLP is seen in WowMapper, but not in the minimap of the play…

    Would you have an idea?

    It is perhaps my method of transformation of JPG into BLP which does not function… You use which program for this action?

    Are both filenames right? Aren't there leading zeros in the map... filename? Is the file really named like you said and in the right folder?

    Yes it is correct. It there need does not have to put 32 characters for the name of file BLP? I could only put (Expansion01\map57_3.blp e5703.blp)?

    ... I mean in the map_... part. The other one need to be the same filename as you named it.

    Well, after step badly tests, I have found the problem. It came that my map was made up with one 0 (Expansion01_57_03.adt), I had problems with that and OffSetFix.exe… I have changed the coordinates with figures other than the units and that functions very well.
