To do this, you would need to give someone a list of your gear. Also, everytime you switched a piece of gear, you would have to have someone edit the patch to model change the piece of gear you upgraded to.

Wouldn't suggest doing this unless you have a set of gear you plan on using for a long time, or you could always learn how to do it your self (Not that hard once you have the tools) then you wouldn't have to hassle someone to change the patch everytime you get a new piece of gear.

Its just a normal m2/blp armor swap, many guides around. Also we would need a list of your gear + a list of his.
