Help getting back into Model Editing

    Hello

I've had a break from wow for a while, but when I was playing (around the 2.4 patch) I was a pretty ok model editor, and now ive started to play again, and i would like to get back into model editing.

So, the problems i have are:

    * My warcraft studio crashing when i press a random .m2 file

I've tried it on both XP and vista, and newest version etc, but nothing seem to work... should i try reinstall wow, or is this some kind of known error?

    * Having problem with using Glitchy's program is that the models are all screwed up, like this one:
(And yes, i know how Glitchy's work, ive done it before, and it all looks correct)

I would really be greatful if anyone could help me out

    Thanks!

    a. Delete M2Craft.dll to fix the m2 crashing problem in MWS
    b. What version of WoW are you using?

EDIT: Oh, nvm... didn't look at the picture. Anyways, do what schlumpf says below.

You can't see them. And on the modelviewer: You have the latest official version. That one has been for 2.*. Search their forums for a new one.

To embellish on what Schlumpf said, search for a guy named "chuanhsing" on the wowmodelviewer forums. He's working on a 3x/WotLK-compatible WMV.

Thanks to all of you, the model viewer worked, and now i finally managed to change weapon / armor once again

Now, my last question is: How do i change race to race when there is no (as far as i know) .skin for them?

If there is no .skin, it can't exist.

Of course you can. oO The part with viewing them was on outdated versions of the modelviewer. Delete the MWCS's M2Craft.dll.
