Model Change = Crash? Help!

First off this is not a request, this is just a problem I've been having with model changing, so this might be in the wrong section.

Okay, so I've been looking around at the requests and whenever I try one of the model changes it crashes my WoW as soon as I see the model that I changed. I'm pretty sure I'm doing everything I'm supposed to do, I take the MPQ and put it into the folder with the other "patch.MPQ" files, but renamed "patch-5.MPQ".

So does anyone know what I'm doing wrong? I'm an idiot when it comes to this stuff.

You maybe dont got the model edit exe, or you if you got it you maybe shut it down leave it open

My model edits wont work even when I have modeledit.exe (I opened wow with that.) It crashes anyway... DAMN YOU BLIZZ !
