Possible? WOTLK Beta Login screen for BC

A few months back, someone did the work to patch the BC login with another MPQ- the "Classic" login screen. If the proper resources were copied from the beta MPQ, and put in a separate MPQ (run with MEfix) do you think a WOTLK beta screen could be patched for BC?

I might take a crack at this, just checking on the regulars for some feedback on it first though.
