[Help]Changing The Water Colors & Lighting Help

Heya.
Is anyone able to tell me how to change the color of the water, like the water in Felwood (thats green) to the normal water. I have been able to find the ocean .blp files but can't find the green ones, and I dont think its the slime files, as they are the ones used in Undercity.


Also, is there anywhere I can find a guide on how the lighting works?
