[Request] Fixing my custom model

Hi, got a problem with one of the custom model I want to import, in wow viewer it shows the model just perfectly but in game, the old model still reside. Here is a pic of the model in wow viewer:



the problem is, in wow viewer it shows up, but ingame wow it doesn't show up and show the regular model for it, aka, the epic flying gryphon mount.

My request now is if somebody can help me adjusting it so that it comes ingame, I dunnow if it's because I was testing on a private server but if someone on retail can maybe try it I would appreciate it.

BTW, if someone knows how to position models please tell me, as far as I know from the wow viewer perspective, it seems that the front side is the left side of the space shuttle and ofc I want to re-edit the position for wow if I know how to do it ^^ Thx beforehand. BTW, here is the DL link for the shuttle, it includes "swaps" for the wyvern, hippogryph and gryphon ones.
